Q: Can I customize a Giftii box?

A: Yes. Simply send us an email (info@giftii.ca) or give us a call and one of our Giftii Gurus will be sure to help you create the perfect box! 

 

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: To keep the cost of our Giftii boxes reasonable, shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to your order. We have negotiated great shipping rates with major carriers and are pleased to pass those on to you. Additionally, we offer free pick up in London, ON and for a limited time are excited to offer free delivery in London, ON.  

 

Q: Do you ship to the USA?

A: At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. If you are outside of Canada and want to purchase a Giftii box, please send us an email.

 

Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We want you and your recipient to be completely satisfied with the Giftii box. If you experience a problem with any item in your Giftii box, please contact us and we will be sure to make it right. At this time, we do not accept returns on Giftii boxes.

 

Q: How do I deal with the extreme excitement and pure joy on my recipient's face once they open the Giftii box I have purchased for them?
